Carr donates mailing package for Guthrie Hospice

Hospices are great organizations that help terminally ill people live high-quality lives, and we were pleased to help Guthrie Healthcare’s Hospice Program raise money through a golf tournament.

We donated programs, brochures, reply cards and direct-mail materials for an event that draws up to 40 teams and raises nearly $40,000 a year.

Fundraising golf tournaments aren’t something to skimp on. Besides high-quality materials, Guthrie needed us to make sure all the materials were properly inserted and mailed.

Not a problem, particularly for a good cause. Carr prides itself on being a data-to-delivery solutions provider. Give us the data; we’ll get it delivered.

Bassett Healthcare Cancer Institute needs unique die cuts

Never underestimate the influence of a first impression. Bassett Healthcare knows that.

We recently completed a unique die-cut corporate identity package for Bassett Healthcare’s Cancer Institute.

The package included a miniature pocket folder with custom cuts to hold inserts, as well as house brochures to promote an announcement that they won the Outstanding Achievement award from the Commission on Cancer. Business cards, stationery and envelopes all reflected that commitment to quality
Good stock, spot laminates, precise cuts, embossing – Bassett did the whole works. And they did it well. Anybody who represents them can take pride in professional presentation at every level.

Bassett Healthcare Fundraiser shows investing in quality pays off
Health-care and non-profit institutions are frequently more interested in doing the best job than in the nuts and bolts processes of supporting the organization. Their hearts are in the right place.

But Bassett Healthcare knows that in order to get the best support – and the best return – a fundraising group has to draw people in. And printed materials are part of that.

That’s why it went all out – and over the top – for its New Year’s gala in 2010. Impressive, welcoming invitations. Table tents. Signage. Tabletop cards. They didn’t need many, but they needed quality.

So they came to Carr. We provided it all. And our design services made them work well.

How well? 

Bassett raised $237,000 that night for radiology and imaging equipment. And that helps them save lives.
